01. My Fitness Journey

I began training at 18, I was tired of people thinking there was something wrong with me because I was skinny. I didn't want to be pitied or feel weak anymore.

02. My Fitness Background

When I started bodybuilding I soon realised that my favourite style was strength training. I started competing in powerlifting and as time went on I wanted to help others achieve the same.

03. Why I started Coaching

I wanted to help others on their fitness journeys as well. I had fallen in love with the gym from day one and decided to become a fitness trainer because fitness is my passion.
