I use to be a gymnastics person and never been in the gym in my life. But when a stopped with the gymnastics I want to do something else to keep my body in shape. So I said to my self let’s try the Gym.
So I said to myself let’s try the Gym. The first time was a total mess but in the end of my first training Petar saw me and asked me what I wanted to achieve and I said I want to be in shape. So from that moment till now I have gained body mass and learned how to train and most importantly that I need to rest and this knowledge I have learned for him.
I have been out of sport for a year or so, I’ve never really been that into the gym specifically, even when I was playing a lot of sport. I’ve had a lot of migraines to deal with and that made me feel weak and depressed, it made me incapable of doing my normal daily activities never mind regular physical activity.
This year I really wanted to get back into exercise as I knew this would help me feel happier and stronger. While I knew getting back into exercise would help me physically and mentally, I was surprised about how quickly I started to really love it. Petar is so passionate about what he does that his excitement about it is infectious.
